Upon ordering your $199 flat fee listing online, you will be able to download the detailed Property Information form to enter the features of your property and the Seller's Listing Agreement form. Please fill out the forms and submit to Sellect Realty by fax 770-234-4115 or email: info@SELLectrealty.com. Your property will be listed within 24 hours after Sellect Realty receives your completed forms and photos. If you would like to review the Listing Agreement before placing an order, please contact Sellect Realty and we will send you a copy.

Immediately after your property is listed, links to your listing will be sent to you by e-mail from the Athens MLS and Georgia MLS for your review. If you would like anything revised, Sellect Realty will be glad to make any changes for you right away.

The contract forms, including the Seller's Property Disclosure Statement, will also be available for your use.
